Very time we stay at a Hyatt it’s always a great experience. Breakfast? Bussin’ People? Super nice. Always sad to leave but this was an ideal hotel for SoFi Stadium events!

REALLY DID NOT LIKE THAT THERE IS NO WINDOS AT LEAST TO OUR ROOM...500 DOLLARS TO HAVE A ROOM THAT HAD NO WINDOWS.. NO UTELSIL IN KITCHENETTE, CALLED FRONT DESK AND GOT AI ANSWER MACHINE SO COMPLICATED THAT WAS NOT ABLE TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN TO GET HELP..250 DOLLARS FOR 2 QUESADILLAS TWO DRINKS AND A STEAK FRIED.. SERVER ADD HIMSELF A 18 PERCENT GRATUITI NOT EVEN LETTING YOU KNOW...SAID FREE PARKING AND THEN WE HAD TO PAY 27 PER DAY.

Bed was too hard, sheets were rough, and pillows were not up to standards. Nothing to eat once we got there, so we had to go to another hotel for a bite to eat! Room was nice and clean! Parking is not included and way too expensive!!!

We always stay at Hyatt house for years and we are always extremely satisfied with everything. From the room cleanliness, foods and services. One thing that I noticed was, kitchen is missing the cookware and utensils especially paper towels and dish soap. Other than this, it was all exempted overall.

Beautiful room. Spacious and extremely clean. Fri t desk attentive. The rollout soft bed is not as comfortable because you can feel the metal spring through the thin mattress. Could use actually blanket vs just the bed cover that comes with the rollout sofa bed. Would try again if don’t need to use sofa bed.

Nice place for overnight layovers.

Comfortable and clean. Mine was an overnight stay for a morning flight. Nice early breakfast available. Shuttle to and from airport. Bar area could definitely use upgrading.

I’ve been here before but the buffet breakfast was better the first time. Limited varieties and food temperature was not that great .. not enough seating so cold air was coming through the open doors on patio … maybe move the pool table so more people can eat inside

The friendly and professional service started with James at check-in. After arriving from a long international flight he ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was exceptionally clean and bed was super comfortable.
