Well got in the room. It was freezing in the room and cold outside first of all my granddaughter peed in the toilet no toilet paper and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to call downstairs and wait almost a half an hour for them to show up to plunge the toilet and then at night we try to plug our Phones in and my daughter-in-law has a pack machine that she needs and none of the plugs worked so I was dissatisfied with comforting, and I will not be using your services again
