I arrived at 8:00 for my reservation . got into the room after waiting a really really long time 3 check in at the service desk. Got into room at 830pm turned on the heat 1st thing. because it was one of the 1st coldest day of the year. Put my things inside the room took a quick shower notice the heat was not working told the front desk about it left for a few hours to do some errands came back around 10:30 heat was still not working. The front desk told me there was nothing they could do about it it can't be fixed tried to put me in another room he still wasn't working in that one. They didn't have any extra space heaters in case this happens manager couldn't be called. It was too late to look for another hotel room and I couldn't get my money back anyways because I booked it through Expedia which is a third party. So had to stay in the room with two extra blankets. And no heat

Of course we don't give specifics but the price was great in late November. Staff friendly and helpful, place very clean, nice pool, decent workout room, good hot breakfast [make your own pancakes!]. Can't beat it for value on Cape Cod.

I was told before booking a room, The hot tub is working. Upon my arrival and check in I was told the hot tub is out of service. I wanted a refund because I wanted to leave. I was very upset because I couldn’t get a refund so I can leave. Instead I had to stay. The only reason why I book there is because of the hot tub.

In total, we appreciate this property. Welcoming and courteous staff. Except for the housekeeper who I found discourteous and unfriendly at the end. Apart from her, all the staff were exceptional.

This hotel is in need of some upgrades. Hotel is pet friendly, and even though we did not have a pet with us we were given a room with obvious pet hair in the carpet and along the walls. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable.
