Joanne the front desk clerk was very nice and polite. It was a very easy.check in. Provided information on our room, and breakfast hours. The pool and sauna were a bonus. Although it did say the hotel has a hot tub, it was filled in about 8 months ago. So no hot tub. Plenty of items to choose from for breakfast. Nice place to stay and the price was right.

Hotel is in need of a refurb. Some building works currently to improve the front of the hotel. Very old dirty carpets. Rooms very old fashioned. However it is cheaper than other hotels in this area.

Disappointment

Disappointed in the cleaniness of the Hotel. We changed rooms due to dirty toilet & bathroom, along with hair on night stand. I will not stay here again. Breakfast was ok and service was ok. $30 a night pet fee was a surprise, not sure if website says this fee. Better options around the area,

The room had dead bugs guessing mosquitos on the heater unit, in the shower, the corner near the toilet , the microwave. The bedding had a hair in the sheets and blankets and a face cloth was left on the rings of the shower.

Check-in was easy. The coffee in the morning was real tasty. Our bathroom had a dirty washcloth on the floor, hair on the edge of the tub and in the tub and the walls were dirty. The hallway carpet was very dingy and stained.

Maybe try after update..

The bed an bathroom were very clean. You just had to play with the shower temperature. The rug in the bedroom didn't look like it had been vacuumed recently. The breakfast was good for bagels an fruit yogurt. Except that the eggs were cold and the bacon was leathery. And the pancake machine had been working but then it broke don't know if it ever got fixed. We happen to book the hotel specifically for the hot tubs that it had shown in the pictures. Come to find out when we get there that it wasn't working and they had just taken it out and covered it over with cement. But the hotel website wasn't updated saying that there wasn't a hot tub. Or the fact that they were going under a renovation it was a complete mess trying to get to the front desk because the main entrance was blocked off because of construction. Other than that everything was a great stay. Right near restaurantS the short drive to the Cape Cod Mall/ downtown and some restaurants all in all it was a great weekend.
