Disappointing
The big luxury hotel is not luxury anymore. they did not clean our rooms, the pool was full of sand and did not get cleaned. There was a lak of food at the morning buffet. And there was missing towels in the rooms. The price is way over the rate of the currently hotel situation.

Overpriced hotel
The staff is very friendly except their porter who complained theat our suitcases are too heavy when he had to carry them - the hotel is situated in an old building and one must climb 5 steps to get to the elevator. The hallways are dark and light bulbs were missing in the chandeliers - we hardly could find the key hole to get into our room - you get the feeling of staying in a spooky old castle; the gym equipment is old and literally every machine was defective - we couldn't use it - the Pool and Sauna areas are however great; the rooms are also old - the matress was extremely hard and the air condition barely works - however the room was clean - there is no business center available - the breakfast was ok (nothing earthsahaking) but fine and staff in the breakfast room was very attentive and polite - the price was not justified!

Excellent Hotel based in a converted old school. The charm of the building has not been compromised and it is only enhanced by the courteous and helpful staff. We had no language problems and enjoyed our stay immensely. This was our 5th stay at this hotel. Bring a swimming costume as the pool should not be missed!

Tucked away in the middle of Husum, this converted school provides a surprisingly warm and stylish environment for a 5* hotel. Excellent dining is an added bonus

had a ex smoker room under my room was the kitchen... noisy, smelling air condiitioning not really working wifi not working at all unfriendly, unprofessional staff (one exeption) bar closes at 10 pm. no way to order a beer at 5 to 10

Leider gibt es am Hotel keine kostenlosen Parkplätze. Da ich mit einer Person gereist bin die darauf angewiesen ist, musste ich den hoteleigenen Parkplatz kostenpflichtig nutzen.

Går det an?
Ankomst til hotellet ble en selsom opplevelse. Skrankeansvarlig var opptatt av sine ring og vi måtte vente. Avmålt mottakelse forøvrig. Vi bad senere om et kart fra han som hjalp oss med koffert på rommet, hyggelig kar forøvrig. Han hadde litt problemer med å prikke hotellet inn på kartet , noe han virkelig ble overhøvlet for fra resepsjonsdamen. Det går virkelig ikke an å gjøre slikt!!! Hun bidrog til et lavmål av førsteinntrykket i resepsjonen. Betjening i restauranten var positiv. Betjeningen i frokostrestauranten var også stiv, begynte å rydde av 1 min før kl 10( skulle stenge kl 10). Første gang jeg har opplevd slik negativ fokus på at nå måtte se til å bli ferdige ! Sum: godt under pari opplevelse.

Værelset var pænt og tilpas stort. Internettet fungerede meget ustabilt...der gik en alarm på værelset 2 gange, men det blev dog ordnet. Receptions personalet ikke specielt serviceminded, virkede ret uinteresseret i gæsternes behov for service. Måske er der tale om et hotel, hvor der mangler noget dynamik og interesse for ikke kun os, men også andre gæster.
