The original room we were given had some sort of vomit or feces on the walls. I took a picture if anyone needs to see it. When I told the attendant at the desk I was told it was “bad housekeeping” and I had to ask for a new room. Bad housekeeping is a room without towels or blankets, not a room with bodily fluids on the walls. I asked for a non smoking room after this incident but they could not accommodate because they did not have any rooms available even though there was only about 3 total cars on the property. Lastly, when checking out I was told that someone had already checked out of my room and turned in a key. This is highly alarming because the attendant was telling me that someone else had a key to my room and had taken my deposit using my name. I was given $20 to make up for giving my deposit to someone else. Overall this was a horrible experience and the first and last time I will ever be staying at a VIP inn and Suites.

Room was basic, but clean and comfortable, just what we were looking for. Only issue was the AC, which was cold but really humid in the room.
Everything was great, clean room, decent size. Not a bad hotel. Until I went to get my deposit back. I booked the room for two days. Had to leave after the first day. Went back after checkout on the second day, and was told no deposit was there and I had checked out late. Very disappointing, especially when we all know housekeeping went in. Obviously just straight kept my cash deposit.
Second time staying here as it's close to my kids. I thought the first bad experience was a fluke but nope, worse the second time. This time there was no blow dryer yet the holder was mounted to the wall, there were large burn holes all over the coverlet, and the extra security latch was completed broken and hanging loose from the wall. I told the front staff and while they did give me a blow dryer from another room, they did not fix the latch during my stay or replace the coverlet.
