air conditioning very very noisy never stayed anywhere like that everytime one cut off sounded likely door shutting all the time and mine did the same needs to be corrected and people need to be advised so they will come back everything else very nice

The stay was very relaxing and pleasant. Our overall experience was excellent. From the room service(food was A1), the cleanest of the room, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The convenience of restaurants, the movie Theater, and retail was all in walking distance. We are already planning our next stay.

I have been staying in hotels for 60 years and the service at this hotel was close to being the worst ever for the type of hotel it is. I walked to the front desk to check in and I heard, last name and give me your card. No how are you, no welcome to our hotel, just name and money. It continued as I tried to find out about a charge I was not aware of on the receipt, still have not been able to get an answer. Last time to stay there.

The staff is excellent! The restaurant food is great!! Every aspect of staying at The Westin Hotel in Huntsville Alabama is second to none. I really enjoy my seven year old nephew being impressed by the hotel property.

The property itself is nice, and convenient to shopping and dining. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the bathrooms were not cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked. There was hair in the shower, assuming from the previous guest which made me question the cleanliness of the whole room.
