Everything was perfect! The room was exactly like it described on the website. It was perfect for my mom which has to use a wheelchair! Everyone we met so so willing to help and make sure we didn’t need anything. We will stay he again!

The ladies who checked us in were awesome!!! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and you can tell they really care. The room was perfect, and they put us next to my mom’s room. The breakfast spread was the BEST I have ever had. Loved the fireplace and the coziness of the lobby.

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to put us on the same floor close to family. We had to switch rooms due to 2 separate reservations and they let us check into the new room before checkout time so we could move all our luggage over. They also put us in the room next to our family. They also have the BEST breakfast!!!

Great hotel! We will come again (and already did).
Friendly stuff, good location, nice places to sit in the lobby, great breakfast! The hot water and coffee in the all day coffee corner wasn't hot enough in the evening. But the verity of coffee/tea options is wide. Rooms are clean, and the shower had great water pressure and high quality shampoo, conditioner and soaps. We enjoyed our stay and will come back when will be in the area.

Room was great. Food great plenty of choices. Cool at night hot in the day. We turned the heat on and the smell of burning dust caused the smoke alarm to blow loud 3 times scared the ba-gee-beees outta me.

Mandy the assistant GM was very kind and always reached out to communicate to make sure we always had what we needed. Was very accommodating when we had to extend our stay for 1 day at the last minute. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fact they are a pet friendly hotel. The only thing we weren’t aware of was that you get charged an additional $50 nonrefundable fee for pets after the 4 day mark. The $75 non refundable pet fee only covers the first 4 days, after that it’s up to a total of $125. Just wish they told us that upfront on day 1 when we checked in. Other than that, overall great experience.
