I would rate breakfast with 1 - 2 on a scale of ten. Food was not plentiful nor was it good. I chose a bagel - only food that appeared edible. No orange juice - no milk except skim extremely small quantities - overall not a good experience!!! Had to ask for room service??? Returned at end of day - room not cleaned!!!

Checked on. Front desk staff very friendly. Non smoking room had scent of smoke smell. Bath tub was nasty. Room was questionable if it had been cleaned. Beds were comfortable. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 2 towels for family of 6. Buffet was average and only allowed so much milk and juice out at a time. After getting home I was charged 250 for evidence of smoking in our room and we are a non smoking family. This lets me know the staff did not clean our room to start with or was smoking in that room themselves.

The room had issues. It took a while to get the TV to work correctly. The light switch in the bathroom didn't work correctly. The plugs to the bed didn't work. The phone in the room didn't work. They didn't have our room ready at 3:00. It wasn't until around 4:00pm that we got in the room. Then they didn't have clean towels available. There was a gap on the bottom between the door and door frame. We folded a towel and placed it in the gap. The desk clerk (Constance) was great. She was friendly and walked us through everything. She felt like a friend before we left.

Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm and we arrived at 4:15 pm and was told “no rooms were clean”. Had to wait about 20 minutes until room was “clean”. Staff was rude, unapologetic and argumentative with us when inquired when room would be ready. Once in room, noticed it was cleaned in a hurry. Bedding was coming off of bed and not presentable, also had hair on it. Tub was stained and leaking. Insufficient amount of towels (1 body towel and 2-3 hand towels). Quality and service of facility is definitely sub-par to competitors. Would not stay here again.

Do no stay here!! Exit doors are "out of order" Unsafe if there's a fire. Tub didn't drain No towels No toiletries Blow dryer broken Dirty carpet Breakfast selection / terrible Tv wouldn't shut off Literally the only thing good was the beds were comfy. I am sorry but it's a dump. People hanging around .... It's the worst reservation I've ever made. The store inside behind check in counter ....... EMPTY not one thing in it!

Should have had a video of Staff in AM. The front desk had between 2-6 in and around desk...talking, laughing, then needing a break to go outside to smoke. All the while work could have been done. I wish the owner would show up. The hotel has possibilities but those will not be reached with staff.

Not bad at all.

Staff was incredibly nice. Amenities were average. Parking lot was disgusting with trash everywhere. Water temp in shower was never above lukewarm. Volleyball tourney in town on Fri night and teenagers were running wild thru the hotel. Nothing was done. Overall, a decent stay at a decent price.

The personnel at front desk that checked me in was really nice and helpful. Entering room, it looked clean and well prepared. The bathroom was falling apart a bit. Tub was dirty with black spots and mirror on wall was starting to fall apart. Sink area was soap scummed. Breakfast was okay. The food prepared was good but no a lot of drink options, especially for a toddler.

Wouldn’t stay here

The front door stayed locked and a police officer had to open it for you every time you went outside. There were ceiling tiles missing in the hallways. The elevator inspection has been expired since last year. There was also a man walking around in the lobby during breakfast barefoot and looked like he just crawled out of bed. When I came back from dinner the front desk lady was talking about strip clubs. This seems more like an hourly hotel than a nights stay.
