When we arrived, at almost 9 pm, there were no sheets, no pillows, no towels, no nothing in the room. We had to sit with all our stuff in the lobby while the single employee kept telling us that they were totally booked. She finally agreed to go take a look at the room to see “what all needed to be done”, and after about 40 minutes, we were finally able to get in the room. The whole of our stay, there were no washcloths, and the hallway had over half the lights flickering, making arrivals and departures feel more like a horror movie than a vacation. Never again.

It was clean, but in need of repairs. The wall around the shower/tub had a lot of water damage. There was also no holder for the toilet tissue. It simply put on a shelf under the vanity. The mattresses were not wrapped for protection from bed bugs. We didn't find any, but it is always a good idea to protect. The wifi was so weak it would not stream, even after a reset by the clerk.

The location was convenient but the hotel definitely needs updating. The bathroom sink dripped all the time. We did see a few bugs as well. We tried to eat breakfast but it was not very appetizing. It served the purpose.

The room was muggy no matter how cold the air conditioning got. The desk chair was several years overdue for being discarded - the fake leather arm rests were rubbed down to the cloth and the seat was worn out. The bathroom was plagued by rust - the metal door jamb was rusted and even the framing for the drop ceiling was rusted. The tub faucet dripped no matter how hard the faucet was turned off and the diverter was stuck on the shower setting. The front desk staff was nice and hospitable. The breakfast was bare bones and lacked someone to monitor running out of supplies like milk.

We stayed in Rm 102 and the condition of the room was awful. Holes in the carpet as soon as you entered. Closet door off and leaning against the wall. Bathroom door on the inside was peeling. The furniture is in need of an update. Don’t recommend this place.

The pool was closed when we got there so we could not swim. Our shower faucet was twisted and bolted sideways and we could not use the faucet, just the shower head which was dripping so much that there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor. It dripped and made noises and around the caulking on the bathtub was black stuff...not sure if it was mold or not. The beds were comfortable and the front desk lady was great. We will not stay here again.

It was convenient and easy for the one evening we stayed on our road trip. The staff was kind and helpful. The only thing was the leaky shower, which dripped all the time, making it hard to sleep. I feel like it could have been cleaner. Several things were in disrepair or poor condition.

There were several small things noticed about this place that collectively did not leave a good impression for the cost. There seemed to be electrical issues in the place with multiple flickering lights including by the check-in desk and when we entered the room. There was a smoke detector on the ceiling in the room that wasn’t mounted and just kind of dangling there. Have no idea if it would have worked or not. Toilet seat completely off after lifting it a couple of times. Overall not a good value for the money,

Run down

Nice looking on outside, but inside is run down. Hall lights were flickering and we couldn’t get our overhead light to turn on. We had to use the lamp. Bathroom had a lot of calcium buildup and discolored tile. There was no bar in the closet to hang up clothes.
