Reserved the room several months ago. When we arrived at 4pm, no rooms were ready until after 11pm. Everyone did their best to handle the situation as many people were in the same predicament but def made our trip a little more difficult having to wait that long. No discounts or reimbursements were offered.

We got to Hotel at 4:00, 1 hour after check in. We were unable to check into our room before the event we were in town for, so we had no where to get ready beforehand. The room was not ready at 3:00 as advertised, we had to wait until check in after 11:00.

The check in took literally 7 hours. Arrived at 4:30 and room was not ready. Waited 2 more hours and it was still not available. Multiple other guests had a similar issue. Finally was able to check in at 11:40PM after a concert I was in town for but received no communication from staff to notify if I was able to check in. Terrible experience and I plan to never stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here because it was in walking distance of where I needed to go. Staff was friendly and lobby was nice. The room could have been cleaner. I always check for bed bugs and didn't find any, so that was good. With that being said, I killed a small spider on the ceiling, a slightly bigger one on the door latch, and a centipede looking bug in the sink. That is 3 too many bugs for me. There was black mold on the ceiling of the shower. Rings on the table. The cabinet door for the fridge had dried food and gunk on it. Cobwebs in the window and on the curtain. For the amount you pay youd think it would be a little cleaner. Everything else was fine.

Wonderful warm friendly hotel, The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms and all areas very clean and high standard. I was travelling from Australia to see the Brantley Gilbert concert and the staff recommended some local restaurants and places to go in the town and answered any questions I had about the area. A special Thanks to staff member Tylor who arranged an early morning ride to the airport for me on my last day, and was extremely helpful for my entire stay. Great hospitality all round from this hotel. A Plus 5 Stars. Thanks Again

The shower area wasn't separate from the rest of the bathroom, the water traveled 5 feet to the door, had to use every towel to prevent killing myself on the wet floor.

Location is great, room is ok. Definitely not the cleanest hotel. Sink drain was gross, whole place smelled like moth balls. You can hear everything in the surrounding rooms. Not terrible, but also not exactly good.
