Main areas of the hotel, the restaurant and breakfast were great. Rooms all around the lawn and pool area gives a really nice feel. Room was spacious and good size. Furniture a bit tired but bed was big and comfy.

Loved our stay! The sauna was not working but we were offered a complimentary drink which was appreciated. Very relaxing room, spacious and super clean. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Nice hotel with good facilities like a gym and outdoor pool and I can tell the food in the restaurant was amazing. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not rich, and they offered just boiled eggs because of the pandemic situation but from my point of view that was just a reason to make things easier for them.

The pool is in the centre of the complex of rooms. EVERY night at around 12.00am/1.30am and again at 5.30/6.00am a group of men had a pool party, shouting and jumping in the pool. Despite politely telling reception every morning, nothing was done. We ate in the restaurant every night. We usually arrived around 8.30pm, but each night the staff made us unwelcome with comments about the kitchen closing. We had been told it was open until 9.00pm. There was no obvious place to go to ask for a table, only a bar with no one behind it most of the time, but when we sat down they were always upset even if we went to try and find someone to see if it was alright to sit there. I have never such astonishingly rude behaviour and appalling customer service. A colleague from Germany who was dining with friends had also received the same treatment as did some Americans who dared to sit in the restaurant at 9.01! If the hotel expects its guests to undertake some specific ritual in order to dine in the hotel restaurant then it would be a good idea to inform them when they check in. One particular older girl was the most shocking and a girl who had only just started working there who told us they were busy and stressed (the restaurant was half empty) and we were very rude to sit at a table without their permission! Our drinks were slammed down on the down on the table and we waited 50 minutes for food. The guy on check out told us he had a "skin like an elephant" when customers complained.

Great location

Up : Location in a very nice garden. Quiet Breakfast is really fresh Professional staff Down: very old structure. Carpeted floor: carpet is BLACK ! Breakfast start at 8am (and this is the reason of my low point review, they can make an effort). It s not cheap at all.

Pefect for the price except the towels
The hotel is perfect for the price we paid. The only exception is the number and quality of towels which is unacceptable in a dutch ranked 4*.

Nice hotel and nice surrounding. I do not know much about the hotel since I had to use it as an alternative plan since everything else was fully booked near the airport in Lelystad. I liked my room and the service was excellent. I only have one complaint, and that was that the wireless internet did not have range in my room. Also the cable connection did not work. I did not ask them to fix it though, since I was dead tired and only stayed for 7 hours anyways.

Jeg kan virkelig anbefale et ophold på Veluwe Hotel de Beyaerd, hvor vi tilbragte en uge i slutningen af juli med fantastisk sommervejr. Stedet har skønne og afslappende omgivelser, fin størrelse pool, imødekommende personale, rar atmosfære, god pris, tæt på spændende natur, hyggelige Nunspeed by og i rimelig afstand til Amsterdam i bil. Her kan jeg anbefale at parkere under Johan Cruyff Arena i udkanten af Amsterdam i den parkeringszone, der hedder P+R (park and ride) og tage metroen ind til centrum. Husk at købe metrobillet i de blå automater, så er parkeringen væsentligt billigere. Eneste lille flue i suppen: Vores værelse var rart og rigtig godt indrettet, og til prisen bør man ikke klage. Men for fremtidige gæster er det måske godt at vide, at en del af værelserne kun har ovenlysvinduer, der sidder små to meter oppe. Så eneste udsigt er et par trætoppe og himlen. På solfyldte dage, hvilket vi var heldige at have hele ugen, giver det ekstra meget varme, så nætterne var tæt på ulidelige uden aircondition. Og det var umuligt at have vinduerne åbne om aftenen og natten, da der kun var rullegardin i selve vinduesrammen. Så dels blev insekter og myg tiltrukket af lyset efter mørkets frembrud, dels blev det meget lyst tidligt om morgenen, når solen stod op. Men bortset fra det kan jeg kun give stedet mine varmeste anbefalinger.
