Slightly disappointed, picked this hotel because a thought we would get a view of the Marina , only got a view of the massive air Con unit, the room was ok but think it was possible meant for a person in a wheel chair everything was vey low .

I've only marked the surrounding area down because there's nothing really around there, but that's not a bad thing. In some ways it's good. The hotel is on an industrial estate surrounded by a lot of car dealerships. What that does mean is there's no passing traffic, it's very quiet because of this. Take nothing away from the hotel. All the staff we met were all very polite and helpful. The checking in process was very easy and the room very easy to find. The room was great. Spacious with a lsrge bathroom with bath and shower. The supplied shower gel and hair shampoo were extremely nice too. Tea and coffee facilities were also great as well as a large tv with sky sports included. Plenty of hangers for your clothes and drawers. The only negative is no USB charging points. But we had brought plugs anyway. Breakfast was lovely. Hot food was a selection. Bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, beans, mushrooms, sliced and cooked potatoes and halved tomatoes cooked. Limitless! Toast croissants, pan au chocolate, cereals, fruit, yoghurt. There really was a great selection. We had dinner one night with a great selection of good food, all served piping hot and tasty. The wings with buffalo sauce were especially nice. All in all a very nice place to stay, we will return again if needs be.

Really enjoyed the two nights stay. Bed was soft and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Bar area good viewing of sports weather your into football or rugby or even the boxing on Saturday night they have it all. The pool is nice size but needs some maintenance to get it up to a good standard. Staff on entry again very helpful and professional. Overall this is a good hotel but really needs to be given a good refresh of carpets and maybe beds as ours feels like it was going to fall apart sometime.

My room wasn’t particularly clean, and the room next door had workers in the late afternoon and morning, using tools which resulted in a disrupted sleep and unable to rest as there was constant banging and noise. I understand the hotel is going through works but I don’t believe these rooms should be open whilst work is going on next door as it completely ruined the hotel for me. I also have videos to back this if required.
