The staff were really friendly. Had a welcome pack for my young daughters. Late check out of 11am. Breakfast really well stocked. Additional £10 for 4 of us to have breakfast when we booked through Expedia. Pool was good and we could still use this after check out. Very quiet pool, has it to ourselves most the time. Fire alarm dis go off 5 times in 30 mins during the night, clearly a fault as it was switched off as soon as it went off. Not really something that can be helped so I don't have an issue with it. Room was really spacious, bed was comfy, bathroom very dated but this didn't bother us for the price we paid. I gave it 4 stars because it is a dated hotel however everything else was good. Friendly staff is always important and they were lovely and welcoming.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff are lovely. We had a few issues, the bed was 2 pushed together which is pretty normal and usually fine but these ones were 2 different heights and there was a growing wet patch in the bathroom from (presumably) the room above. We used the pool and hot tub facilities which were good but the changing area was dirty and had no private changing rooms

Excellent stay.
Check-in was fabulous ..... young lady (very long hair) was extra friendly but professional and had good conversational skills. She followed protocol by not saying my room number out loud even though there was no-one else in the area. Extremely happy with the service. Room was very clean and comfortable - everything worked. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Toilet in our room didn't have a very good flush on it. We were going to eat in the restaurant, but other family members ate before us and said it was awful and not to eat there. We had to go off site for an evening meal. Only 1 bar tender on on a busy Friday night. Very dated decor

Unimpressed.
I stay away on business a lot and was unimpressed with this hotel. Yesterday was hot a day and shocked to find the rooms have no air conditioning, so I had an unsettled night. The hotel is in need of a reverb. Waters stains in the hall way carpets and my bathroom looked from the 1990’s. For the money it’s not good value I’m afraid.
