Staff lost part of my property. Upon complaining they did not take action and totally ignored my request to rectify matters. My request to speak to a manager was ignored as well. This hotel in Hull is certainly a hotel I will never visit again.

Great value for money but could be excellent.
It was the 4th or 5th time we have stayed here. It is always excellent value. The only downside this time, the rooms could do with a freshen up and the shower drain in the bathroom had an unpleasant smell which you noticed as soon as you entered the hotel room.

Stay at the ibis quite a lot as it’s comfy beds and great shower. Concerned about the mould on the ceiling in our room, looked like a leak had happened.
