Friendly staff at checking, very helpful. Room was clean and quiet, nice bed. Standard fair for Holiday Inn, not the biggest room but it was all good. Handy shopping center/mall next door is decent for Tescos and something to eat if you don’t want to venture too far.

Location excellent. Staff very good. Room average and also cold. Room heating very poor - suspect Holiday Inn trying to reduce their electricity bill. Breakfast awful - none of the variety of items we had tasted of anything. Very poor quality, and we felt sorry for the staff having to work with such poor products.

Staff were great and very helpful. 3 of us stayed. Sadly the sofa bed was very squeeky and uncomfortable so didnt sleep very well. Would definitely look at other hotels in future that had beds rather than sofa beds. Breakfast was as you expected for a buffet, coffee was awful even the staff didnt seem surprised when i asked if they had somewhere to tip the coffee out.

Good Location. Found parking a challenge as the post code on Waze takes you to Tesco carpark and had to phone Hotel for help. 24hr parking £8 . You walk out the Hotel under cover into a shopping centre with good places to eat.

The bed was horrendous! It was like sleeping on a bouncy castle! Was so soft and uncomfortable! The kids beds had metal poking them and had to get a mattress topped breakfast was cold
