I have used this hotel for many months now and the service has been really good. Unfortunately l was left very angry and frustrated because someone hit my car and did own up. With CCTV in the car park still not picked up any information or evidence. Management please help as this will be a very expensive repair job for me. It’s really not fair that someone should think they can damage your vehicle and get away with it.😡

Very clean lovely polite friendly staff. The beds are cheap spring mattresses so they dig in your back pillows and quilt are lovely though.

As soon as we drove into.the car park, the first thing we saw was a big rat! The bed was absolutely shocking, springs popping out everywhere. Noise from the road people shouting when passing tne front door. We wont be staying again

Hotel in poor condition. Although cheap rates, it was not a good or enjoyable experience. Which was made worse by some other guest deciding to have a full on row at 3am in the morning, with the man shouting and swearing and the woman screaming and swearing and things being thrown about the room, this unfortunately went on for around 2 hours with no intervention from staff or police. Which I thought was very inconsiderate from the staff as 24 hour security was assured. Also it is advertised as a 12pm checkout and again unfortunately we had a member of the cleaning staff knocking on the door at 9.40 am asking why we hadn’t checked out yet.

Good hotel for a nights stay.
The room was clean. A bit noisy from the road but not a problem. Kettle and tv worked. Bathroom was fine. Perfect for a nights stay.

I have stayed here over several occasions and every room I stayed in had something wrong from inoperative shutter to damaged window frame, The one thing all rooms had in common was the mattress's were uncomfortable and springs could be felt pushing into you. the first few times the room was cleaned and coffee/tea toped up daily, however after that despite leaving out make up my room sign nothing was done. at the start parking was free however it is now chargeable. I will not stay here again I will pay the extra and stay at the Travelodge across the road where the beds are comfortable and you can park beside it overnight for free

Disappointing, very run down, so unlike the French
Very noisy from traffic, bed was so uncomfortable, you could feel every spring. And it's not a case of you get what you pay for as we have had much cheaper Travelodge's that are far more comfortable.

I dont mind the Campanile Hotel in Hull its a little bit grotty thought,the price is good.The £5 increase in price to keetwo dogs there wasnt great followed by the £2-50 charge to put uour car registration in the computer- this used to be free
