Front desk staff not that friendly or welcoming, rooms aren’t soundproofed so could hear people outside the bedroom and on a very loud and busy road. Hotel location isn’t great and not close to anything. Doorman very friendly which was nice and made the experience better

Very much enjoyed our stay at H78. We stayed one evening during our transit in Male on route to our final, island resort destination. Very convenient location. Airport transfers provided were great. Food was good and the overall facility was nice and well kept/clean. Room was a little small but as advertised and perfectly suitable for a short stay. Rooftop deck was particularly enjoyable and a great feature of this property. The staff were all very nice and really made our short stay. Special shout out to Amrita who went above and beyond in assisting us with sorting out our seaplane transfer. Highly recommend this property!

The pick-up did not start very well as we had to wait for almost an hour and even had to call the hotel from the airport reception to get picked up. Other than that, service was excellent from check-in up until the complimentary airport drop-off. I even left some of my clothing and they kept it and I picked it up before we left Maldives. Breakfast was okay - good enough for us to get us by before we check in to an island hotel.

The employees were the sweetest!! They were the friendliest people I’ve ever met. I was shocked at how attentive they were and how they love helping people. Their customer service is perfect. Thalima and everyone else made this stay one of the best ever!

Lovely hotel with a great bunch of staff who are always willing to help. There's a nice restaurant at the hotel and plenty of other dining options in the area. Fairly easy to get around. I would recommend the hotel's massage service because it was very good and same prices as other nearby spas. You can also pay by card at hotel which wasn't possible at the local spas I went to. I was there for two nights, on route to one of the islands. I feel that was plenty of time in Male if you're in the Maldives for a holiday. I would definitely stop over at H78 again if passing through Male.

We had about 8 hours between the time our sea plane dropped us off and when our flight was scheduled to leave. We booked at stay at H78 as a place to relax and freshen up before our long flight. Their staff did a fantastic job collecting us from the airport and transporting to the hotel. Communication was really a strength and it was clear they cared a lot about their guests. The facility was clean but small and was fine for our purpose.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. They met us at the airport and there was a smooth transfer .On arrival the staff were so welcoming. Rooms were small and basic but clean and fine for a night. Breakfast was tasty with a goof range of options and again enhanced by friendly service. Another smooth transfer to boat next day

Really nice

Just had a great one night stay at H78. Bed and room were comfortable, and I really appreciate the free airport shuttle. But the really impressive feature was the staff. Everyone was so polite, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mali and Santosh!
