It was ok, friendly staff, loud neighbors after 10 PM, great location. One room had no hot water and one no wifi. Not enough lamps

It was within walking distance of the main zocalo, church, and activities. The wifi didn't extend to all rooms, There was no heat for cold nights. The staff was kind and helpful, but you must speak Spanish. Partiers stayed up late right outside our rooms. otherwise it was fine

No me hospede ahí se ve descuidado viejo. De por sí es muy pesado viajar en carretera de Pachuca hasta. Huejutla debido que no hay aeropuerto en Hidalgo pasar una mala noche no gracias

Por parte de la recepcionista, fue muy amable, no se culpa a ella por las malas condiciones en qué se encuentra la habitación. Las camas son muy viejas, el baño en la parte de regadera muy sucio. Había bolas de cabello. Cómo que no lo habían aseado en mucho tiempo. Las cobijas muy polvientas y rotas.

Contaminante y en muy malas condiciones
El hotel esta en pésima condición, no sirven los inodoros, las regaderas, las puertas, las cortinas, pero lo que mas me decepciono es que el desague descarga directamente en un río, eso muy lamentable. El personal hace lo que puede pero considero que los dueños deberían invertir en mejorar las instalaciones. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo y no lo volvería a reservar.

Es un hotel ya viejito pero se ve que le estan invirtiendo para mejorarlo, el precio es muy economico y justo por lo que ofrecen, las camas son confortables especial para quedarse 1 noche o 2 maximo. TIP hablen por telefono directo al hotel para confirmar su reservacion y llegada para no tener contratiempos con su reservacion...
