The hotel is Ok but the staff has made no effort in resolving an issue about charging me double for my room. By default the Expedia online system selected one room and 2 people and I was alone. The price shown before I pressed the RESERVE bouton was shown as $48.00 CAD but when i received my receipt, it showed double the price for a second person. I contacted Expedia immediately and they tell me that Fuente Real Hotel would not reimburse me the difference. First of all, most hotel rooms are for at lest 2 people without extra charge and even if there would be a second person, the price should not be double. They are just taking advantage of a simple problem in the reservation system.
Stayed 1 night in Feb 2019
