Amazing stay with wonderful staff

Lives our stay here - 3 nights in total. Location was excellent, beds were incredibly comfortable, staff were amazing (special thanks to Huy, Ruby, Linda, Thuy and David) and communication excellent as well. Breakfast lovely and their recommendations for food/restaurants were top notch.

Great location

Great spot with excellent staff. Linda and Ryan took excellent care of us. Our driver Huy went out of his way to get us to our next spot. Everything about the place was fantastic

Lovely hotel

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was in a quiet location but still central to lots of restaurants and bars. There was free fresh fruit in our room which was a lovely touch. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They arranged our transfer to Da Nang for a reasonable price and we got to stop off a few times along the Hai Van Pass to take photos.

Mixed bag for this hotel. It is in a great location with thoughtful, attentive, friendly staff, but the room was in relatively poor condition. Lots of stains on all the furniture, lamp shades, and even the curtains. The bathroom tub was cracked and damaged. That said, the bed was comfortable and the linens clean. In general, the whole place needs repair and renovation and felt tatty and worn down. The laundry service was excellent and the breakfast had some lovely made to order dishes. It's really too bad that they aren't attending to this hotel as it has enormous potential to be a big winner.

Staff are absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. They manager Ha was incredible. She was very patient and polite with me explaining all the options of the different tours and restaurants. It's a quiet little hotel set back from the main street but only a short walk to all the restaurants bars and shopping. Breakfast was nice and the staff where friendly and very helpful. Rooms have interesting decor in French stile and are very clean. Would definitely stay there again!

Pleasant stay at this hotel. Highly recommended for short stay. Location is amazingly close to hue walking district. Clean hotel. Our AC was not as strong but still ok.

Lovely Boutique Hotel

We stayed five nights in Hue and the hotel was really convenient for restaurants and the river walk. The staff were very helpful and even went out to buy ice for me. Our room was very comfortable and quiet and we slept well. For the price, fantastic value for money.
