Stayed at the property for one night and fire alarm activated twice and all occupants had to Come to the lobby. I had traveled to the hote fr9m NYC to attend my sisters funeral services. I was very distressed by the loss of my sister and the fire alarms which wasno fault of the hotel but left me sleep deprived. Thea hotel gave me a complete refund which. Expedia processed back to me. I am so grateful to the GM BobPatidar and Fr9mt Desk Rep. Cynthia. Thank you so much. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Overall nice. Smaller property. Parking lot needing sand/salt. It was very slippery. Breakfast not great but acceptable and nice to have included. Staff pleasant. I’d prefer a softer bed. Could hear neighbor snoring.

A great stay

This hotel is clean, smells good and the staff is accommodating. Our daughter had a tournament in Fitchburg and we stayed one night at this hotel. They checked us in early and checked us out late as requested with no issues.

All the receptionist were very nice .. The hotel was nice and clean . I will stay there again.they have a lot of shops and restaurants across the street from the hotel .

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 3-4 years. On those visits the hotel was quite good. However, this stay 1/31 - 2/3 was no less than atrociousl Room - heat did note work well, water pressure in the bathroom was almost non-existent, television did not work, no soap anywhere in the bathroom, no hairdryer, no extra blanket. In fact, when we arrived on 1/31 at 4:00 PM, we were told by the recepotionist that the elevator was broken - so they were advising new customers to not get a room on the third floor. We were so taken aback by the room's condition as listed above, leaving the hotell immediately was considered. It appeared that the hotel was about to close permanently - kind of a sad action. Good luck to you fixing these problems. One more thing, we were given room 117, on the first floor - with the door to the rooom actually in the lobby.

Our rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast area was nice and had options. However, a noisy party entered our floor at 3:00 am and kept our children and grandchildren awake. That interrupted sleep made travel difficult the next day. It would be helpful if quiet hours were better enforced.
