Would stay again!

We arrived to a warm and friendly hotel clerk that called us by name each time we saw him. The hotel is a little dated and doesn’t offer a morning breakfast, but there’s a Starbucks and DD very nearby. This is the second time we’ve stayed there and would likely return.

I loved how it had everything I needed. I enjoyed my stay but not only that for the price had a kitchen. The 24 hr coffee bar was excellent!!! Also the 24hr workout area and pool didn't disappoint either!

Surprising small negatives.

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and when I need ed a place to stay overnight to have a surgery I had on Wednesday checked by the doctor on Thursday and at the last minute we had to take a puppy we had just adopted. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and enthusiastic about our puppy who had just had his leg removed so it was stressful for all of us. I was surprised at the size of the room and the mini kitchen and full size refrigerator and dishes and silverware and I could go on. The one thing that did surprise me or I would have given it five stars is with all this beautiful modern appearance. There was not a single place to charge my phone which because we used it to find our way there had gone dead. My daughter sat in the parking lot outside the room and charge the phone in the car in 17° weather. At night. We will have the same situation in February and will choose the same hotel but we will bring a charging cord and a charging plug. Otherwise it was top notch. Except, my daughter complained that the pool was cold. The desk said the temperature was 80° which my daughter was excited about until she realized that 80° is almost 20° below body temperature so it was cold. Otherwise, five star!

The fentlemean at the front desk was wonderful. He even got a wheelchair for my husband. The room was great. The only problem we had was the stove wasnt working but we just used the microwave. We would stay here again .

This property was clean and convenient. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We used the gym which was clean and in great condition as well. The area is not overly busy, yet it has a decent amount of restaurants and shopping right around the corner, and lots more within a short drive.
