Subject: Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Hotel Room Conditions I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the condition of the room I was given did not meet the standards I expected based on the description provided during the booking process. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by its uncleanliness. The carpet was dirty, and there were visible stains that made the environment feel unwelcoming. Additionally, the bathroom facilities were not up to par; the toilet was not properly cleaned, which was quite concerning. Moreover, the bedding was in poor condition. The blanket appeared worn and unkempt, the tv dodmt work and to make matters worse, the bed itself was broken, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, the room felt more like a dump than a place to relax. I also want to highlight that while I appreciate the emphasis on data security, it does not compensate for the lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the room. I was genuinely unhappy with my experience, as it did not align with what I expected when I made my reservation. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The room was probably quite lovely sixty years ago but is let down by the baffling management of the hotel as a whole. The messaging is inconsistent and odd. There’s the surprise deposit waiver fee which looking at other reviews is a good idea to put down so that your money isn’t held in an account for an extended period. The floor of the room was entirely on a slope leading to a little bit of seasickness when getting out of bed. The one I was in had a window for joke reasons only (view of nothing at all. And there was no plug in the bathtub or sink, so don’t expect a bath or to shave unless you bring your own I suppose. Oh I couldn’t connect to the wifi at all either. I was continuously given the same password that never worked. I tried on multiple devices and tried to contact the desk but was unable to get a response beyond the non-functional password. So there’s that as well.

It was scam to fool people coming to that beautiful city. it was not at all the way they showed or described that was totally different and in some old scary basement smelling foul. It was horrible.

On arrival, I spent an hour and a half in reception over a dispute where they were claiming that my booking was in a different name despite me showing them all of my proof that it was in my name then would not let me go to the room without paying an extra £25 charge Because they said it was booked in another name which is simply not true. The people in front of me also having a big dispute over extra charges and we were all at the reception. Somebody came out of the room. They just checked into saying there was broken glass on the floor and urine in the toilet. !!

Absolute vile place to stay! Room was clearly not cleaned at all. Pubes on the bathroom floor. Toilet roll that had clearly been dropped down the toilet and put back on the side to be used. God knows what splashed up the walls and not cleaned. Rude cleaner which clearly does NOT do the job properly. Flooring all coming apart. Staff that are incompetent and lazy (goes to show with the booking in system, all done via WhatsApp and nobody actually manning a desk) Really expensive for the dump it was we stayed in and the cheek of asking for a deposit waiver was just the icing on the cake!

This Hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was an expensive Dump to say the least. The room was tiny extremly dirty, carpets had never seen a vacumm leaner in months. Shower leaked, more water on the floor than in the shower. The customer interface totally unacceptable. Check in a night mare via whats app. I have the transcript of the conversations should you like to see the. All in all a very bad experience for a seasoned traveller.

Amazing location but the check in is extremely strange for this hotel and you have to pay an additional deposit when you arrive which is not stated anywhere. Won’t be coming back here.

It was dated, in need of serious repair work, the check in experience is not straight forward and I got charged more that I expected. Fire alarm nearly falling down from the ceiling, one window would not stay open, stains in the carpet, smelly, old, towels missing, extra bed not done up, TV signal was too weak to be able to see any channels Only stayed one night as bed was so uncomfortable, with springs hurting all night long. What we booked was a twin room, with a private bathroom. What we got was a double room, with a bathroom shared with the staff. The gentleman who checked us in (he was very nice and was kind enough to check us in early - no complaints about him!) even admitted it hadn't been cleaned yet. We had checked in early so understood. However, when we got back in the evening, the room was still not clean and the bed spread was damp from the room! The 'shared' bathroom had a poop left in it. Honestly, what I'm most annoyed about is the price we paid. it was not worth £100 for the night. Would not stay again.

I liked the location of the hotel because it was convenient for quick access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, bars and public transportation. What I didn't like was not being able to transfer to a different room in the property even though we were currently staying at the property and decided to extend our stay by 1 night from a regular room to a studio, we had to check out at 10am and return at 3pm, but for an additional fee of £10 you can check in at 2pm. We paid the £10 but our room wasn't ready for check in at 2pm or 3pm so we finally got in our room at 3:45pm. The studio consist of a small twin room with a microwave, refrigerator,toaster and kettle, 1 dinner plate 3 spoons and 1 fork.Bathroom had a partition wall that has a 2 foot opening from the ceiling leaving
