Rooms Need TLC

Breakfast and staff at restaurant were amazing. We did not lack in that department at all. There is a charge of $30/night for parking during Rodeo and not told in advance. Rooms lacked a lot. AC would not cool and made loud noises, some electrical outlets were brozen, walls/interior need serious cleaning and to remove musty atmosphere. Not allowing me to add pic.

Just not maintained. Broken and dirty hair dryer, desk chair broken, bed moved and squeaked like it was worn out. Water damage on dresser, water damage on bathroom door, broken, dirty with mascara and flopping makeup mirror. Dirty windows on the outside. Tv was a joke. Not even a clear pic and remote was broken. Mismatched toilet lid and bowl. Ceiling tile on ceiling in bathroom had some black stuff on it. Shower head was gross. After you park, walking thru side doors was a trip. Broken concrete, nasty flower beds. Best part was the tattered and torn Wyndam flag.

Stayed here due to its proximity to the Houston livestock show. While the lobby was pleasant and inviting, our room was dilapidated. The shower head sprayed the ceiling. We ran out of towels, soap, and toilet paper.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Other furniture in very poor condition. Hot water in sink but only cold in shower. In 3 days hallway never cleaned of the spilled rice and dozens of broken crackers spread across floor.

Cockroaches in 2 different rooms.

Cockroaches in the first room, when I asked to be moved to the towers instead of the other section, they were friendly and had no issues in moving us. The second room in the towers had tiny roaches in it. Will never book here again.

The food and service was great, however the thermostat in my room was broken and the AC was on full blast all day/night so I was unable to sleep due to freezing all night. Then the hot water did not work in the bathroom so I was not able to take a shower.

Worst hotel experience!! When arriving, we couldn’t find a parking spot because of how filled up it was. They offer $20 parking to the general public for the events at NRG Stadium, which is fine but at least leave parking available for Your Own tenants who are already paying $30/night. The room was horrible to say the least. We have a 9 month old and we did not feel comfortable to let her crawl. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and was extremely loud from the rusty hinges. When taking a shower, the wall would shake from how loud it would get for the hot water to flow. And the worst of ALL, we ordered pizza from the restaurant in the lobby, (nasty pizza) and we only took a bite so left it there and that night we saw a MOUSE trying to get into the pizza box!! The most horrifying hotel experience. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Told the front desk about it and all they did was say Sorry.

The hotel is nice & with a friendly staff. Rooms are clean & spacious. No microwave or mini fridge, but they do provide a coffee maker. $30 parking per night. Security on site. Restaurant & bar is a nice touch too. Great view of NRG stadium!

Very short staffed for check in. They dont vlean rooms every day as you have to request them to do it. But it doesnt state that anywhere. I had asked for towels around 930 945pm. Didnt get them until arou d 1030pm. The tv didnt work amd could ahear everyone in the hallway. When i asmed where i could get ice, i was told to get it from the bar or kitchen. I was only givevn 1 cup of ice. Staff was exrewmely rude at check in and even more rude when i checked out

The fact that we payed 400 bucks for this room because it was close to the rodeo. It was dirty. The rooms were tiny. Pool was filthy. Air did not work. Hot water stayed cold for the shower. We had to pay an additional 30 for parking. No free breakfast and horrible customer service. Also pictures on website were a lie. Will mot be returning.
