Wouldn't recommend

Overall wouldn't recommend for the price. Liked that I could check in early, with an extra fee. At first glance seemed cleaned but the room had such a high humidity that the floors and walls were constantly wet. Showered Friday night and the towels never dried. Asked for extra towels on Sunday evening and was told there was no clean towels......

I reserved 2 rooms. The first room had a bathroom door that was broken. The second room was a little bit better. The rooms smelled smoky also. If I had to choose this property again, I wouldn’t.

Felt very safe. Loved the full kitchen, it felt very homely. I will say I gave it 3 stars because the following morning I seen a baby roach in the bathroom. I absolutely hate roaches. Yuck! Ruined my whole experience!

The furniture in the rooms is damaged/broken and the staff seems as if they could care less. The chairs look like someone ripped them up on purpose or was smoking and caused a fire in the chair.

After checking in i noticed . My room heat was not working called front desk she informed she would send up maintenance. After 45min waiting. I had call back she ssid she would call Me back . This repeated for 2 more times never once a phone call back. I had go doen to front desk then i was told a couldn't get maintenance tell Monday . It was Friday evening . I asked to be move to a another room. She said it was against thier policy. To have customer to change rooms ask to speak to upper manager then i was told it would be more money to move into another room. They run this place. Like thier customer are homeless transients. Dont waste your time with this place. Upper management dont give a hoot
