Restaurant closes at 7pm. No room service. Very tired and shabby. Staff extremely rude and unpleasant. Not just 1 but multiple to me and other guests

Hotel is nice and room too. Nice shower and bathroom. Good view on a city and pool. Bedroom is very good arranged.

The Westin is always a wonderful place whether it be in Birmingham or Houston. Staff are extremely helpful and food is great!
