Did not stay at hotel. Indicated on hotel website it was walkable to Hobby Airport it is not. I was advised from people at the Airport not to walk to the hotel as it was a dangerous area.

Everything was great except the desk clerk were rude and talking on the phone while trying to check me in and she got irritated with me when I was asking questions about the property and surrounding areas

The worst

Horrible hotel. We asked if they could keep our luggage while we visit the city since it was still early for check in. The guy at the front desk refused and said to leave them outside but that he wouldn’t watch them. Later he said that we could pay $25 dollars to be able to access to our room early. We agreed and later we saw that they charged us $40 and not $25. The whole night there were tons of noises on the hallway and a tv on super loud all night. Never again going back to that hotel.

Okay stay

Room had plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. Day staff were miserable and did not help. Room was left unserviced after 3 attempts and the only response was a shrug. If the breakfast was continental then I do no know which continent as it was not Europe.
