Nice but….

Nice hotel but the toilet paper was almost gone in the rooms bathroom and the breakfast is not good, we expected much better for the price.

New, Clean, Convenient, Helpful !!

Newer clean hotel near the airport. Front desk manager Luis was extremely helpful. I needed to return my car in the evening as my flight was very early the next morning. He was kind enough to send his airport transport vans to pick me up from the Rental Car Center. Thank you Luis and the van driver !

The property was located closely to the airport and convenient in that sense, however the 3rd shift front desk agent was extremely rude and unpleasant. In fact this young lady was so unpleasant that next time I am flying out of Houston I will be staying at a different facility. When I called the hotel to speak with the manager on duty 3/8/25 @3:05pm, I was told there was no present manager on the property. Seems this hotel is ran by a bunch of immature, unprofessional, children.

I made my reservation and had to change the date because my flight got cancelled. I had to pay again for a room that was prepaid and then they blamed Expedia for not calling them to let them know about the change of dates. The staff had no "Spark" of interest whatsoever in helping out, they were rude even when Expedia eventually called to let them know about the change of date. Eventually they recognized that they did have the reservation but had a "problem" with their system and Expedia so they could not give me a refund. At the end for what a paid twice I could have stayed at a much better hotel.

Flight delay overnight stay

Overall it was a nice place to stay. There is really no breakfast just bagels, yogurt, and muffins. I thought there would be something hot. Nothing special in the room no ice bucket or coffee, etc. It was a large room and clean. For the price, I would probably shop around for something that offered a little more.

Comfy overnight stay

We had a quick overnight stay at the hotel. We arrived at IAH at 9:30pm and only stayed until 7:00am the next morning. The shuttle bus very helpful, we just called the hotel asking for a pickup and it showed up 10 minutes later. After check-in, which only took about 5 minutes, we arranged for for the shuttle back to the airport the next morning, again super easy and they offered shuttles every half an hour. The hotel and room were in great condition, looked very new. The only negative, and it's small, is the size of the breakfast. They had some yoghurt, bagels, juice and coffee. It would've been nice to have some cereal for our daughter. But overall, it was a comfortable stay and we'd stay here again when passing through Houston.
