They have bugs roaches crawling had to stay in a room with bugs crawling on my children the room has a strong smell like mold or moist had to keep ac on now my 13 year old is sick the carpet is filthy there was a lot of inappropriate traffic felt unsafe with my children

There was no sign saying it was the Sonesta Essential Houston Energy Corridor hotel. It was like it had three different hotel names. The front staff person who checked me in was not hospitable in the least bit. Breakfast was subpar. The hallways wreaked of what I could tell was weed and cleaner. Room was fine, no signage to put on door, however nothing was done to my room. No new towels or anything of the sort. I was anticipating this place to be like the Sonesta’s I’ve stayed in before. Never again.

I booked this place for 4 nights, the front desk space smelled like fish, there was no water in the whole building for 2 days I couldn’t shower or take a dump. The room smelled like dust, there was mold in the wall. Worst hotel I’ve booked in my entire life.

There was rat poop all throughout the hall ways and a used condom in my room staff where on drugs so try complaining with them and after my stay I was charged $50 more dollars and not given a deposit back never book here

I came for my daughter's wedding and on Saturday October 12,2024 when we came back from the meet and greet we saw water coming out a pipe got to our room to find out there was no water. On the day of the wedding 10-13-2024 we still had no water thank God for my Granddaughter we had to go to her apartment to get dressed we checked out on Monday instead of Tuesday worst experience

Through out my stay for 2 nights and 2 days there was no WIFI connection and running water All guests were unable to shower or use the rest room. Ridiculous! I spoke to the girl in the front reception she said there was nothing she could do. I asked for a refund she said mail a certain office which I did a week later no response or apology. Never going BACK!

Did not have running water for 2 days, was not offered a discount, and they stole my deposit. Ive reported the property to health and safety and the BBB along with talking to a lawyer in regards to a law suit. The manager of this property is a joke and they wont be able to hide behind their employees forever, the manager needs to step up and do their job. How they treat their employees and customers is disgusting

The outside of the property was not clean and always had people hanging out in front on the doors. While I stayed the water was turned off they did not notify me or post a sign until they posted that no extensions would be made due to the water issue that cold not be resolved I had to check out early To find a hotel with working water.

NO WATER & DIRTY DIAPERS EVERYWHERE
Lots to say. First day, arrived & my key didn’t work so they moved me to another room, found it wasn’t the king bed i booked so they moved me to another room. 3rd room in one day, then the water wasn’t working that it would be on in a few hours.. cool.. day 2 was fine until end of day where the water wasn’t working again and asked downstairs & they said they didn’t know when it would be back on.. i asked again morning of day 3 to which they still didn’t know & I had to shower & do basic necessities. Reached out to Hotels.com and they requested a refund on my behalf due to this ugly & disgusting situation i was in and the hotel DECLINED to refund at least one night which was $47-$48. There are no signs outside the hotel to indicate the name of the hotel, very loud & noisy outside, diapers all around the parking lot & outside people’s room. very gross & HIGHLY DO NOT recommend staying here
