Found mold around window and in air conditioner. Asked to clean them and got no help.. I bought bleach wipes and cleaned myself… big difference in comfort. Also asked for towels but didn’t get them as promised so I had to ask a cleaning lady later…

My family and I spent one night in this hotel in March 2025, in our room 303 one of the beds had a yellow spot on the sheet and several hairs, after to make a complaint the room 309 was given to me in this case both beds were dirty and with several hairs as well. Bottom line: The hotel is not changing the quilts and sheets, the floor in the hotel was super dirty. The person in the reception wanted to give me a third room and I rejected because I was not able to be checking every single room in this hotel, the FIRST room should be COMPLETLY CLEAN, I paid for a full service. This situation is Unsanitary, please consider booking this place. I dedicated my time to proceed with this review and save you a bad time and dirty environments. Thanks.

Very quiet. Conveniently located. Parking is great. Very safe. Staff gives impeccable service. I have been here on an extended stay as I am waiting on my home to be ready for move in. My only complaint will be that the elevator has been out of service for an entire week which makes it a bit difficult as we are on a higher floor. There should be a discount for inconvenience.

Overall it’s a nice hotel. It’s clean, comfortable, affordable, and quiet, I just ran into some issues. The elevator broke so we had to take our luggage up and down the stairs which is honestly the cause for my poor score. There was a dog in the room across from us that kept barking the first night.

There was a odor in the hallway on 4th floor, ac didnt work properly, we were sweating even with the thermostat turned down to 68. The room was decent, bed was comfortable, employee's were friendly. Day of checkout the elevator wasn't in service, so we had to carry our luggage down 4 flights off stairs. The location was good, near restaurants, shopping etc.

Will not stay there again

Staff was not friendly we had 4 ppl to da room was not enough towels went down and ask for more was told had to bring them the dirty towels first had us follow him to the laundry area to get our towels I thought this was very weird also they offer breakfast but was out of most things there was a strange odor on the elevator the room was ok the curtains was dirty and AC really wasn’t pulling cold air
