Unfortunately we could not stay here. We had an emergency on the day of stay. We needed to cancel the day before to get a refund so we ended up paying for a night we could not use. We called and asked if we could get a future credit but they could not do that. The person was very polite but they were not able to help. We do understand the policy, just bummed that we could not get future credit.
