It was great! Mattress made a BIG DIFFERENCE! Maid forgot toilet paper and to make sure the shower was properly set up. The previous guests used soap was still in there.

The customer service was great. Akshay is just a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, the hotel room we got was infested in roaches, he moved us to a another room which appeared to be cleaner and roach free. Well that was only appearance, fell asleep and woke up to a roach crawling on my face. Didn’t sleep another wink.

This hotel is trying to update! New paint, new toilet. New carpets. Its a process but toilet installer left a gob of caulking struck on the counter. Painted over mold, new carpet was wet from the concrete floor below "sweating"..more mold expected. Best bagels in a hotel ever! They were fresh, high end. Watch the entrance doors. They are very slow to open wide enough to walk through with a suitcase.
