Our room was very comfortable. It was our neighbors that were the problem. Screaming children, jumping on beds, banging furniture even at midnight. 3 nights in a row. The breakfast bar could use more items and and actually have a staff person paying attention to it. Coffee ran out multiple times. No cups. And guests allowed to fill 6 plates with all the yogurt, sausage and eggs… for her two dogs also staying in her room. That’s not ok. Front desk staff was very nice. Room was nice.

Staff was unfriendly this includes front staff and house keeping. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Breakfast was less than mediocre. I later reached out to the corporate office to report my concerns. They referred me back to the property which was pointless. This was our first time staying outside of the Hilton chain. I learned to never do that again. If you are a single person who will only need one set of towels. No assistance getting the trash out of your room. Have no need or desire for a working phone in the room to contact the front desk or desire to do anything other than sleep in the room than this would be ideal for you. If you are a family who needs bedding, towels, or assistance with trash removal after having to purchase your own since no more will be provided. This is not the hotel for you.

The first room we checked into smelled so bad like weed and when we mentioned it to the guy at the desk he acted put out. Elevators also smelled like weed. Staff members had a puppy that they let use the restroom out front several times and didn’t bother to clean it up. Bugs in the beds. We ended up checking out after the first night and eating the expense.

Upon arrival we noticed several cars with broken windows. We asked front desk clerk what had happened and he stated the usual vandalising of guest vehicles and that it was common because La Quinta management will not hire on site security. We cancelled our reservation and left location ommidiately. Safety is my priority for my family and this place obviously does not provide it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
