Pool needs to be cleaned inside and outside. Pool area also closes way to early on a hot day in Houston at 920 pm. But it should be 10 pm the signs outside say. But the guy kicks you out at 920 pm. Sat electrity was for 2 hours. So we couldn't shower and get to our Uber pick up and all our plans were rewind.. my friends came to visit me one from Florida keys and the other friend from Portland Oregon. We only had one full day together that was Saturday. They left on Sun. We also had to pay for Ubers. The hotel said they had free shuttle for them to go back to the airport.. totally disappointed

The elevator needs repair and the the paneling inside the elevator needs to be refinished and the railing needs to be tightened.

Staff was really great. Only thing I did not care for was the air fresheners that were pumping scents continuously. It was so strong and I mentioned it to the front staff and was told there are six machines running at all times. It is so unpleasant to have that overwhelming odor greet you and also have to sit through breakfast with that. I felt so sorry for the staff to have to deal with the scent. It seems a bit toxic if you ask me.
