Only 2 issues were the parking - the gate was broken so we pretty much had to valet to get in and out. And the maid staff double blocking their carts in the walkway when they saw us with a lot of carry on luggage. I almost wanted to help them wheel the carts out of the way -just a tiny bit. but instead we picked our luggage up and squeezed in between while they both watched. This may be a petty comment but we left at 7:00am and were in a hurry and this hotel wasn’t cheap.

Did not honor pre paid parking

I oaid for a rate that included parking for 3 nights and when i selected on Hotel.com it increased the price accordingly. On checkout the Hotel refused to honor that and said it did not say parking was included. Told me i had to take it up with Hotel.com which was impossible to do as their virtual assistant lead to a deep end conversation. So they charged me double for parking
