Stay was good upon arriving. The next day there was no hot water to shower. Running water had a yellow/brownish color. When we notified the front desk she stated it was an issue but was never notified at check-in.

We checked in online using the link that was sent through email. They made everything seem like we were all good to go. Once we arrived at the hotel they told us we had been marked as no show and had to re book and pay all over again.

Very nice hotel, but the rooms are starting to show their age a bit. Nothing wrong with it at all, but my bathroom needed a refresh. Also the downstairs restaurant/bar area was an icebox. I would ease off on the AC a bit. It was so cold we preferred not to grab a drink there.
