Nice hotel!
We enjoy staying at the Hyatt Place. We like the layout of the rooms, my husband gets up very early so the divider between the bed and the sitting area is perfect. Love having an L couch at no extra charge for the room. The breakfast is great, a good variety, well prepared and well presented. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is average. The area is good, and the cleanliness is satisfactory. However, the rooms are small, the lobby is small, and the restrooms are small. Considering the facility and space they offer, the price is too high. It should ideally be around 50-75 USD per night at most.

We arrived at 10 pm and were told our dog was over the weight limit and we could not stay even though I had called and they never mentioned a weight limit. On the 3rd party website our dog was under the weight limit but the hotel told us that that was incorrect and that their limit was less. Need less to say I feel that it is their responsibility to make sure the site they advertise on have the correct limit. They basically just said they could not help and sent us on our way at 10 pm to go find other accommodations. I was very disappointed. I called and looked at the amenities on line and we should have been allowed to stay. It was their issue that the info was incorrect but we had to figure out a different option at the last minute.
