Property & staff were great. The bed was not comfortable at all. We upgraded to a king with a view and had the lake out the window which was nice. The 2 layers of blackout blinds didn't help because the sun comes in over the top of them both so it needs something to cover that. Overall it's a nice facility but needs some attention to detail in the rooms. Most important thing is updated comfortable mattresses and plenty of pillows.

The room was large which was nice. However, there were tons on stains on the sofa, small stains on the duvet, stains on the carpet, the tub had a yellow cast on the base, and there were ants in room. Breakfast was underwhelming. Not very pleasant. Especially for Mother’s Day. However, my family and I were determined to have a good time. The outside spaces are beautiful, by the lake is very relaxing. There is a nice shopping area within walking distance with many restaurants. However I don’t think I’ll be back to this hotel.

Great overall stay, only issue was house cleaning both days came beating on door to clean up when we had a do not disturb sign on door- especially when check out time was 12 noon and she was beating at 10:15. Other that that was an great stay

Great front desk staff- the stay was amazing. 2 things that I didn’t like were the bath towels had a sweet smell to them. Wasn’t the smell of bleach or soap it was a smell almost like pancake syrup. Weird- Housekeeping crew that we came in contact with were not very friendly. Smile say hello goes a long way.
