I be loved my stay here. Hyatt Places are always so reliable and their breakfast is always clean and fresh. The front desk person was so nice and welcoming. It’s really all you could ask for.

This was my 2nd time staying here. The first time was for my birthday weekend and I fell in love with the place. The location is overlooking a beautiful lake where you can go for walks. Dining options are within walking distance. And being a single woman, the place felt so safe and peaceful. The staff was absolutely AMAZING! So kind! I would definitely recommend staying here! And I hope to be back!

Someone stole my truck taillights overnight in the hotel parking lot. When I asked for help with the incident the employees didn’t help at all and could care less. Also I payed for a room with a lake view which I didn’t get.

The pool was super dirty and no heat. There were hairs in shower . The people two rooms down were fighting and yelling. It was run Down. I was told I would get a refund and still haven’t.
