Best part of the hotel are the sweet valet guys. Worst breakfast ever. (Who eats tater tots. Lol) Old and out dated showers. Great location. Keep Queenie away from guests and find someone who can be nice to new staff.

Good for a business stay
Booked to stay one night for business because a friend wanted to stay at a Hyatt. Very clean, courteous staff but the hotel elevator was down at one point. Just be aware, the lobby is on the 3rd floor and you need a key to get to all other floors. Not very cozy seating in the back reception area (booths). Could use a little refresh in areas, otherwise fine for one night.
