It was nice, but the AC was very loud. Housekeeping doesn’t come every day and when they do they don’t clean. The furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The bed frame was taped up to the bottom. The breakfast was good, the staff was not friendly.

To be a Hyatt, the place is dilapidated, outdated, dirty and needs to be maintained. Ceiling patches in the bathroom, toilet paper holder hanging off the walls, carpets are disgusting and main entrance could use new furniture. Sofas are ripped and curtains are full of holes. Overall, a very poor experience. Please upkeep and maintain

Would not stay here ever again. Hot water 1 day out of 3. Horrible bed woke up with back and hip pain very squeaky and noisy bed.I could hear every door slam and everyone walking in the hall way.

I asked, when I checked in, if there would be a shuttle to the airport when I checked out 3:30 a.m. Monday morning and the said yes, they would call. I checked out and they tod me the shuttle didn't start until 7 a m and I had to scramble for a ride

Great strides Forward. I have been staying there for the last 4,5 months once a month for business. They have painted the outside, landscape, new wallpaper in lobby. Looks like they have consistently been working on getting it up to standard. . Now a few details that could be done.
