We only stayed 1 night for Dr visits, but the staff & hotel was wonderful! Staff was gracious & friendly. Hotel was clean & comfy! Food was delicious as well as drinks!

Other people in our party in the hotel room across from us had ants and had to get moved at 1:00 a.m. They charge you to pay the part $15 a night and then if you're going to the hospital you have to pay again there. The staff was fantastic and the food at the restaurant and the breakfast is really good

I cannot believe that I paid the amount that I paid for this hotel. First, I wanted to make a cup of coffee in my room when I got there. The coffee cups were sticky. I then noticed that the floor in the bathroom had streaks from a dirty mop. I asked for another room. No apology. At the same time that this was going on, the fire alarm kept going off. The lady at the front desk offered no explanation and no apology. I moved my things to the room on the 12th floor. I asked for a room closer to the elevator because of limited mobility. She put me in the furthest possible room from the elevator. Then the fire alarm went off again. My nerves were shot from my 5 hour drive, a dirty room, and these alarms. They announced to go to the stairwells, don’t use the elevators, and if you can’t use the stairs, proceed with evacuation protocol. What??? No one told me what to do if I can’t get down 12 flights of stairs. I talked to the front desk again. I showed her my shaking hands from my nerves. I asked about the fire alarm and she said she didn’t know. No apology. The lack of concern or care from the employees is what was the worst. This was the worst stay I’ve had in a very long time. Do your employees care at all?

The Parkin was REALLY the worst part. You have to go up then go down then switch elevators and it’s a whole deal to get to and from your room. And there’s only one parking elevator… I think only one of the elevators was working because it was hard to get one. The pool was NOT clean , the water was musky. The room was clean and had a good view. Staff was friendly.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff
This hotel is amazing, very clean and friendly staff. It's quite close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. I honestly can't fault them on anything. I understand that most of the guests are people there for some medical visit but still it's a lovely place to stay.

Great location for medical center & events.
The front desk staff were wonderful and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We will be back. One issue with the property - there were only 2 handicap parking spaces in the entire garage. More spaces need to designated for this size of parking garage.
