The hotel was very nice, good breakfast, nice pool & a nice location. The only downfall was that the room was dusty & we never got a full service room cleaning while visiting & we stayed 4 nights.

Accessing the garage and rooms from getting off one elevator and going to another one is not the most convenient. Otherwise nice hotel to stay at.

We loved our first time at this Hyatt location and would stay here again. The front desk staff are helpful with recommendations and very friendly. The updated rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Our room overlooked the pool and it's a great view. Breakfast is great with plenty of options and adequate seating. We were disappointed our room wasn't freshened up with clean towels and the trash taken out. Why do we have to ask for very basic housekeeping? Besides that it was all great!

The staff was very friendly and accommodative. Room was very clean, however I didn't have my room cleaned the next day so it wasn't cleaned during the entire stay. Hotel is in the convenient location and withing the reasonable walking distance to the Metro rail with takes you to Downtown.

Stayed here in past and will in future again. Easy to the medical facilities. Wished the restaurant was open during lunch hour and also more food selection. However, what they do offer tastes delicious! Sadly like Ylem Hotel, the Hyatt House does not offer free shuttles to the medical facilities. That be a huge plus!
