Overall a Great Hotel

Nice hotel overall. Staff were friendly. Very spacious lobby and great breakfast in the morning. The elevators were a challenge. At times only 1 elevator was working and was a long wait. The hallways on the floors were very cold. Wonderful event rooms and good staff.

Grateful to find this gem. The hotel was clearly recently renovated and the rooms were beautiful. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and quiet. Great stay-cation.

Everything was very musty, dimly lit, there were a lot of cleanliness things that were overlooked (soapscum in the shower, tons of dust everywhere, floors felt dirty, remote was sticky) The cleaning staff were super nice and welcoming so I just took it as they have too much work, not that they were entirely neglectful. Ample parking, there was security in the lot 24/7 actively patrolling, which made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The nearby area leaves a lot to be desired, but it's in a business area/near a highway so not the worst! Just not walkable.
