Great location at an affordable price

Staff was super friendly and polite. Great view. Great location. Super close to Toyota center. There was an error with my pricing and they were able to fix it and adjust. Only thing is parking fees suck and super expensive. No space to park. Had to park across the street for a cheaper price. it rained so parking was full of mud and water.

Great location for Rockets fans

It had only been open for a few days when we stayed so there were a few hiccups. Overnight parking was crazy high. They recommended self parking in the garage across the street but it is closed to the public on game nights. Of course we chose the hotel for its convenient proximity to the Toyota Center so we could see the Rockets play. The bar in the lounge was very unfriendly. We had to call to have bedding brought up for the hide-a-bed. Having a fridge, microwave and dishwasher were a nice convenience.

The staff was amazing! Only stayed for one night but will definitely be returning! Great distance to the Toyota center and the astros stadium. Hotel is new so it was very clean

I stayed at this hotel from April 24 to 27. Overall, my stay was comfortable, but I was disappointed to find that my card was charged twice—once during check-in and again after I had already left. Dear Expedia Customer Support, I'm reaching out regarding a recent hotel stay I booked through your platform, which was extremely disappointing and warrants a full refund in addition to a correction of an overcharge for valet parking. Booking details: Hotel Name: Home2 Suites Location: 1540 Leeland St. Houston TX Check-in/Check-out Dates: 4/26-4/28 Expedia Itinerary/Booking Number: 737077162824418 Issues encountered during the stay: I was charged for two nights of valet when I only used the service for one night. This resulted in an overcharge of $58, which I am requesting be refunded immediately. The room had no hot water, which is a basic necessity. The “hot breakfast” advertised was misleading — I witnessed staff placing frozen French toast directly into a hot box, with no freshly prepared options. The television in the initial room did not work, prompting a room change. During the process of retrieving a new room key, the elevators completely shut down. With a knee injury, I was physically unable to access the room on the 9th floor or reach my children, who were also in the room. The hotel’s website stated a 3:00 PM check-in time, which was inaccurate and added to the confusion. As a result of these compounded failures, I was two hours late to a professional speaking engagement I had flown in from Florida to attend — a major disruption with real consequences. Worst booking ever in my life of travels using Hot

The communication with front desk non existing. Arrived at 11 and when I returned at 5 I still did not have a room, Reservation was changed ended up overcharged I would like as a many years customer of hotels.com to be reimbursed with 2 days in my be t trip in June.
