The hotel did not have running water which was not their fault. However, this was not communicated far ahead of check in. There was no hot water running through the taps throughout my overnight stay. The hotel put me in a room without a fridge or microwave. Had to request that they move me to another room. I paid $7 for breakfast which was not provided. The standard I expected of a holiday Inn was not kept. Elevators were untidy and in a state of disrepair with wires hanging out of the elevator walls. This hotel should do better.

We were surprised by this also as we were not given notice by the city. I do see that the room type reserved was for a Standard King Accessible room which is why your room type was not equipped with a microwave/refrigerator. Please allow us to provide a credit for the breakfast/issues.

I waited long time to find someone one check me in They ask me to sign wrong amount of holding when I ask why she said because the paper not Updated The room doesn’t have refrigerator, and the air conditioner broke it was so cold I get very sick because of that Very bad experience
