The customer service from staff was excellent! My low rate is due to the property. There was water leaking through the ceiling in the hallway. There was a large trashcan placed under the leak. My stay was a total of 5 days and seemed the leak was never fixed. My towels had holes. Next day when towels were replace, one of the towels had holes also.

Loved the fast elevators, the large showers and the space of the rooms. The refrigerator was on the larger scale and the microwave fit a plate which was prefect. Near lots of food and stores as well which are all walkable.

Single traveler for different reasons so 1st things that I notice was the safety door features, lighting in halls and parking lot. I felt very safe. The room smelled freshly cleaned. Front desk was super nice and professional, didn't call out my room number which is a big thing on my safe list. It's near a major area but tucked away for quite. I would use again often.
