Got to the hotel at 2 am. First room smelled so bad. They gave me another room. The next room the cockroaches were everywhere in the room. Sheets had holes in them. But they told me, no other room available. So at 02:30 no choice then to stay. For breakfast they had 3 apples, 1 pack with 3 muffins in it. from the local supermarket and some cereal, but no milk. Paid 61 dollars. Place is rundown and disgusting. Staff/owners don't care.

I did not stay. I need to be refunded. It was so dirty, cigarette smelling, the bed sheet was stained, supposedly not being changed after the last guest. There was semen on the bed sheet. One of the towels was not even changed, had something like sperms on it. This is a horrible place that you should not keep on hotels.com. I ended up staying at Best Western that was right around the corner.

Check-in was easy. Was on the second floor, but elevators don’t work. Room looked clean, but it had roaches. Was moved to another room. It also had roaches. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had no problem getting my money refunded. Place was really budget friendly just couldn’t deal with the roaches.

Cockroach infested hotel. i prepaid and they did not want to refund my money even that i have a printed cancellation paper. Awoid this gready owner and management. If they did this before, you will get the same treatment.

The room was gross. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking and wreaked of smoke. The floors in the bathroom area were cracked and sunken in and roaches were crawling out of the cracks when I turned lights on. There was a hole punched in the wall. The phone had no line attached to it. The television had no internet or satellite connectivity, so was a useless screen. The WiFi was down and unusable. The parking lot needs to be replaced. The elevator was broken the first day, and I was on the third floor.
