On the very first day there was loud noise disturbance at 5 am of a group of women arguing above us we requested to move rooms and they tried to move us to a smaller room . Room service never cleaned the room only gave towels one night upon request . The water stop working and then shut back on . Toilet paper ran out . It just wasn’t a place I’d visit again .

I'm actually very disappointed. The rating has 4 stars when actual it should be a 3 star hotel. I purposely chose this 4 star Hilton over the 3 star hotel my friend was staying at bc I wanted a great spring break experience but I was sadly disappointed. Room and especially the bathroom is super out dated. The tub is peeling and the the inside curtain shower is dirty which is unacceptable. Honestly, this is the worst Hilton I've stayed at in a very very long time.

Bring your own pillow!!!

Loved my stay, but those pillows are horrible. I even had them bring something different and it was too soft, too fluffy. I thought it was just me, but several of my peers had similar experiences. I need multiple messages before and after I return home. The service and cleanliness were excellent.

I generally enjoyed my stay here. This hotel served as a central location for various things I did in and around Houston. It's a safe neighborhood with a 5 minute walk to the Galleria and about a10 minute drive to Memorial park. There are eating options somewhat nearby but I drove to better restaurants for dinner. Snooze is about a 7 minute walk toward the Galleria and a good breakfast spot. This hotel is fine with nothing major, negative or positive, report. Some minor items that could use improvement- The bathtub needs updating as it's chipping and the air conditioning blew right on me as I slept. The tub was no big deal, though the chipping makes it look shabby. The air vent pointing toward the beds is unpleasant. I appreciate the black out curtains to darken the room for sleep. Quite a bit of light comes in through bottom of the door which is doable but if you redo the doors- please consider this. In and out of the parking garage was easy and the location was great. The Hilton Galleria served me well. Thank you.

General Area is nice and easy to get around. The room was awful. Beds are uncomfortable, Red stains on carpet, bathroom was dirty with hair all over the floor. Had a two night stay booked, but checked out after one and moved to a different hotel. Staff at desk acted as if it was not really a priority to address the issues and could not print a receipt at departure. Stated I would be emailed the receipt, yet it still has not been received nor my refund
