This has to be the worst Hilton, and one of the worst hotels, that I have stayed in. Worn out, horrible condition, room was old, tattered, and felt dirty even though I am sure the maids come daily. It was so bad that I could barely sleep worrying that the room might have bed bugs.

The facilities are in need of remodel, the bathtub was rusty and the water handle was so hard to use. Peeling paint and dirty carpets. Not what I expected from a Hilton.

I did not like that there wete no microwaves available for use at the property. Not only this, but for the price, the upkeep or look ofcthe bathrooms and the carpeting in the rooms would have been in better shape.

Only ok, definitely a business trip hotel
Hotel looks a little bit like it needs TLC. Our room was ok, comfortable and big but was not the cleanest place we have stayed. We did not shower, opted to fill the bath as the shower head was not inviting us to use it. We had to continue to ask for the coffee machine to be cleaned and coffee, coffee cups and clean glasses for the room…we ended up getting disposable cups from the coffee area and asking reception for coffee each evening so that we could use the room’s coffee machine in the morning. For a vacation we did not feel that this Hilton Hotel was what we hoped for, but for a short business trip it is probably ideal. Bar lady Trisha was lovely 😊

nice hotel nice stay
I did come in about 2p, I wanted to see if there was an option to check in early. but was told that no rooms were ready. I asked again after 30 minutes because i saw that 2 people ahead of me were allowed to go to there rooms, yet i continued to sit patiently. My 10 year old granddaughter was getting a bit restless and wondered why others were able to check in, so i asked again and was told that the carpet was still wet.. yet it was about 330. 10 minutes or so passed and she called my name and told me that she apologized and my room was not involved in the carpet cleaning.. It was a bit disheartening, yet I enjoyed the view of the nice hotel and the flavored water that available in the lobby.I know that being allowed to check in early is a courtesy, yet watching others check in ahead of me.. which you can verify from your data was a but unfair. The hotel was beautiful my stay was nice, that night the a/c didnt seem to give out much cool air but we tolerated it..

The rooms were dirty, bulbs shorted the moment we walked in, mold everyone, including pouring out of the vents. I would never let a soul stay here, and we respect Hilton and Hotels.com greatly.

The bed was so hard that I might as well have slept on the floor. There was no hot water. The room never cooled off. The condition of the furniture was beaten up and terrible. The was not enough parking.
