Good option for an overnight layover in IAH. Rooms recently remodeled. Clean and convenient. Not many dining options or walk destinations. But staff is very friendly and willing to help.

We flew in one day early for our cruise and decided to stay at this hotel since it was so close to the airport. The hotel was OK, but I must say that the beds were horrible. They were far too soft and it was impossible for me to get a good night sleep. In addition, because the hotel is so close to the airport we could hear the planes even though our windows were closed. The noise did stop, or at least lesson after 10 PM and basically did not start again until about 6 AM. The breakfast buffet was adequate and we appreciated the choices of hard cooked eggs, yogurt, and fresh fruit. This is an adequate place to stay if it is only for one night, but I would not stay here for more than that.

worst stay I’ve had in a long time. Because we had a super early flight, the fire alarm rang at 1:30am. You can’t imagine how loud that is woke by it in sleep. We are absolutely traumatized by the sound. It’s like a nuclear warning. No single apology from the staff what so ever. The bathroom condition is also very concerning. Ceiling starts to fall off. Hair can be seen. Pool is so sketchy at night we just ignored it. I would ask most people think twice before they choose this one.

Stayed on Thanksgiving day. Understandably, it may have been short staffed due to the. However, the sign at the breakfast counter known for any Hampton Inn was not available. Sally, there was brown bag “breakfast on the go “for the guests, which was far cry from hot breakfast known in Hampton Inn. Very disappointed.
