Mediocre but good location

Dirty carpets in the hallways. Indifferent clerks behind the counter. Scratches and unkept furniture. Slow WiFi. Pillows were not very good at all. The best thing was the breakfast. Good value.

The staff was very friendly, the overall hotel was very clean and stayed clean, and they had a really good breakfast. I had a late check in and they took good care of me and responding when I let them know when I’d be arriving, I’ll definitely tell ithers.

The room was outdated and smelled like humidity, like old. There was no carpet on the hallway, and we can hear people walking with their luggage very early in the morning which woke us up, thin walls also. The only great thing was location and the breakfast.

To much too Park vehicle

It was good. I always stay at a Hampton Inn. This one in particular charged me $29.00 just to park my vehicle. Why charge to park your vehicle in the parking lot. It's not like I could park somewhere else and walk to the Hotel. I won't be staying at this particular Hampton inn again. Only stayed 1 Night. Not like I was catching Flight

Room furniture and doors were antiquated and very worn. Bathroom door was coming apart at the bottom. Bathroom vanity was water damaged. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. $29 per night. Parking charge was excessive.

Nice desk staff. Unreasonable management staff

I stayed at this hotel in Houston during a business trip, and while the rooms were decent and the cleaning staff was friendly and attentive, the front desk experience left much to be desired. Unfortunately, their service was unorganized, unhelpful, and moody, which made my stay far more stressful than it needed to be. During my trip, the city of Houston was essentially shut down due to an unprecedented 6 inches of snow, forcing the airport to close. I had to extend my stay on a daily basis while waiting for flights to resume. When I finally secured a flight for the following morning and attempted to cancel my reservation for the upcoming night, I was met with a flat-out refusal from the front desk. While I understand the existence of “rules and regulations,” extraordinary situations like this require a level of courtesy and understanding. Instead, I was charged for an entire additional night despite clearly explaining that I would not be staying. This rigid and greedy approach left a bad taste in my mouth, especially considering the extenuating circumstances. A little flexibility and empathy from the front desk would have gone a long way. Until this hotel addresses its front desk issues and prioritizes customer service, I cannot recommend it to other travelers, particularly during unpredictable situations.
