i enjoyed staying here loved the room with the full kitchen also enjoyed the free breakfast definitely would recommend them for a weekend trip .. the only “complaint” i have is the 1st broken elevator but it worked out since our room was by the steps lol the 2nd elevator isn’t too far anyways

I actually was nervous because I read some negative reviews, but I would say it was wonderful stay for me. Room is clean and tidy, have almost everything I need. Shower was perfectly hot. Breakfast is basic(waffle, brad, bacon, eggs, fresh fruits etc), but good enough. I did not go but the bar looked nice as well. Small store, which has drinks, food, snacks, laundry stuff, contact lenses solution etc, is inside the hotel so it should meet any need. When I tried to check in on 3pm, the room was still in preparation so I needed to wait. It was kind of unexpected, but they kept my luggage and I could go out meanwhile. It was no problem for me. Only one elevator was working but it is not big problem since it moves very quickly and it has only 4 floors so never got super busy.The staff were very kind and took care of me so well. Location is also great. Walkable distance to the nearest shopping mall which has pharmacy and a couple of restaurants and shops. Also you can walk to Galleria, maybe took 15min. I saw bas stops nearby as well. 10-20min to museum district, 30-40min to IHA airport by drive(only if there is no traffic). Surrounded by high end condos so it was very quiet and safe. Overall, the stay was great. Thank you ;)

Clean, very nice room. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was ok, our toilet was runny. They only have 2 elevators both on one side of the hotel, & the one closest to our room was out of order which made the walk to our room on the opposite side of the hotel kind of lengthy. Overall stay was ok. I would stay here again if not for the $25/day parking

Overall the staff was wonderful and friendly. Would have liked the waffle making machine back for breakfast. The security garage door is dangerous and old. Quick release commercial grade openers are more secure and safe.

This property is poorly maintained, it’s time to use all the money the Hyatt has to upgrade some things on this property, starting with the disgusting moldy carpets. I saw a cockroach in our room and we had to purchase air fresheners to make our room smell better. The couches in our room were full of stains. I understand you get what you pay for but this was overboard. Nonetheless, the staff were great.
